We give the platform away: no subscription, no ongoing cost, your financial data on your cloud. We instead work to set you up and train you to run it.

Document intelligence

Infrastructure projects spend millions collecting data and producing environmental reports, from inception through delivery. We embed those reports, and the advice inside them, into a structured, searchable database.

The text and the tables are stored so they can be found again, ensuring the information within them provides value throughout the project lifecycle and onto the next one.

Simple to use: mgmtmkr has a chat interface, which allows agentic retrieval from each document stored in our document management system. The information retrieved is sourced directly from the documents searched, to give you confidence that it is not hallucinated or misattributed.

Using the third party environmental geospatial platform DERT, Clair assists in extracting and standardising your environmental data to display in a single geospatial view.

DERT specialises in creating a real-time digital twin of historic and current environmental data: contamination, planning, ecology, geotech and water quality, structured into one queryable database.

Viewed in real time against your project, it supports pricing, real-time alerts, inspections, approvals submissions, reporting and compliance, allowing true environmental self-performance by your internal team.

Carbon tracking & handover

Your carbon data already exists, in your financial, invoicing and delivery systems. We find it, build the extraction so it comes out automatically, and run the monthly tracking for two to three months, reporting into your business or out to your clients. Your team is trained as we go, so it hands over inside three to four months. After that we are there when something breaks or someone new needs teaching.
